Cancellation Policy

At Amorieg, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring fast and efficient order fulfillment.


1. Canceling an Order

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@amorieg.com as soon as possible.
  • If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Order Modifications

  • Order changes (such as item, address, or quantity updates) are allowed only before shipment.
  • For modification requests, email support@amorieg.com immediately after placing the order.
  • Once shipped, no modifications can be made — you can instead return the order after delivery.

3. Order Processing Timeline

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Once the shipping label is created and the order is in transit, it becomes ineligible for cancellation or modification through our system.

4. Returns After Shipment

  • If your order has shipped but you no longer wish to keep it:
    • You may return it within 28 days of receiving the item, following our Return & Refund Policy
    • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging
    • Refunds are issued within 8–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the return
