1. Order Cancellation

- If the order has not yet shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
- If the order has already shipped, you may:
- Refuse delivery at the time of arrival, or
- Return the package within 28 days from the date of receipt.
- Once the returned item is received and approved, a refund will be processed within 8–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable if the item has already been shipped.
2. Order Modification

- Modifications can only be made before the order is shipped.
- If the order has shipped, you may refuse the package or return it within 28 days of receipt. A refund will be processed once the item is returned and approved (shipping fees excluded).

- Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or modification via our system. However, it can still be returned under our return policy.

- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.
