- Orders can only be canceled if they have not shipped yet.
- Once the order is handed to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.
If your order has already shipped, you may still return the item after delivery by following our Return & Refund Policy.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable after an order has shipped.
2. How to Modify an Order
- If you need to change details (e.g., shipping address, product variant), contact us immediately.
- Modifications are only possible before your order enters the fulfillment process.
- Once a shipping label is created, the order becomes locked and cannot be changed.
3. Order Processing Timeline
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST may be handled on the same day.
- After a shipping label is created, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible.
For this reason, contacting us quickly is essential.
4. What If My Order Has Shipped?
If your order has already shipped, you may return the product after delivery:
- Returns are accepted within 28 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
