1. Order Cancellations
To request a cancellation, please email support@amorieg.com as soon as possible.
- Orders can be canceled only if they have not shipped.
- If your order has already shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation, but you may return the product within 28 days following our Return & Refund Policy.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
2. Order Modifications
Modifications to your order—such as changing the shipping address or product details—must be requested before the order is shipped.
- To modify your order, contact support@amorieg.com immediately after placing it.
- Once processing begins or the order has entered the shipping workflow, no further changes can be made.
3. Order Processing Timeline
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Once a shipping label is created or the order is handed to the carrier, cancellation and modification are no longer possible.
4. Returns After Delivery
If your order has been delivered and you wish to return it:
- You may return the item within 28 days of receipt.
- Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
