1. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.
If you place your order before 5:00 PM EST, it may be processed the same day.


2. When will I receive my order?
Delivery time within the U.S. is typically 4–7 business days after shipment.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is on the way.


3. How much is the shipping fee?
We charge a flat rate of $4.99 for all orders.
Shipping may be free during promotional events or as indicated at checkout.


4. Which payment methods do you accept?

All payments are securely processed at checkout.


5. Can I cancel or change my order?

Once shipped, cancellations or changes are no longer possible, but you may return the item under our Return & Refund Policy.

You may return items within 28 days of receipt if they are:

  • In original packaging

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.


8. What if my order arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, please email us immediately with your order number and photos.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.


9. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
