You may request a return within 28 days of receiving your order if the item:

2. Return Approval & Instructions

Once we receive your request, we will review it and reply with instructions for return shipping.
Please do not send items back without authorization, as we may not be able to process unapproved returns.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping.
  • If the return is due to preference or change of mind, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.


4. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

If the return is approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

In some cases, a partial refund may be applied if the item shows signs of use or damage.
