  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) are usually processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST), or on weekends/holidays, are processed the next business day.

As soon as your order is packed, we prepare it for shipment without delay.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
  • Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier-related issues.


3. Shipping Cost

  • A flat-rate shipping fee of $4.99 applies to all orders.
  • This cost covers packaging, handling, and carrier fees.
  • The shipping fee is displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Carrier name
  • Tracking number
  • Direct tracking link

5. Delivery Issues

Although rare, issues can happen during transit. Please contact our support team if your package is:

  • Lost or missing after 10 business days
  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Delivered with missing items

We will assist you promptly by resending the order or issuing a refund. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.


6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship internationally at this time.
  • We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
